Welcome to Eat30plus — the UnDiet Your Life way

Eat30plus isn’t another diet club. It’s a fresh, no-fluff, framework that helps you build long-term habits for better energy, gut health, emotional wellbeing  and yes, sustainable weight loss and a healthier relationship with food too.

Building up to 30 different plant-based foods a week might sound like a lot,  but once you start being more aware, you’ll be surprised how quickly it adds up!

Use your Eat30plus Capture Sheet to jot down every unique plant food you eat throughout the week. 

And we are not talking about cutting things out, you can still enjoy meat, eggs and dairy as part of your healthy diet, it's all about adding more variety to fuel you body, supporting health and weight loss.
